Andee made a wall hanging quilt from the block. I love it.Block # 970 is Cheryl Ann's American Spirit.
Cheryl Ann made a table runner with her block. Loving the Moda fabric.
Block #905 is Mary Andra's Cherry Pickin'.
Mary Andra made a quilt with her block. Pam Kitty is a dear friend.
As most of you who follow us know, we do give away great prizes. We will be giving away three this time around. Each winner will receive a 5" pack and a Honey Bun. All fabric will be from some of our favorite Moda designers. Quiltmaker magazine will also be giving away three Quiltmaker 100 Blocks Vol. #10 to three lucky winners who comment on our blog during this Blog Hop. Winners will be notified by email 11/23/2014.So much fun.

I truly like the red and white American Spirit. Wonderful. I have to say the crow made me think of Alfred Hitchcock's the Birds. Oh dear that tells you how old I am.

You are indeed very generous with your giveaways. I love all three of the blocks. The American Spirit's table runner has really caught my eye because of the colors involved and this would be a great project for me to do. I am not that experienced in the art of quilting but I do enjoy learning and all the eye candy that is on displayed for this magazine. Congrats! I really like cherry pickin'; but, I do not think I could ever make it due to the applique! That is one cute block though! The American Spirit block appeals to my patriotic soul though and I may just have to make one!

ReplyDeleteThere are 5 sisters in our family. One doesn't even do buttons LOl. One sister didn't make it into the Quiltmaker 100blocks this time. Candee and Andee did make it into vol #9 and Candee is in Quiltmaker May/June 2014 issue.
